HOW TO USE:
For a Bath Soak:
1. Fill your bathtub with warm water to your desired level
2. Sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons (45-60 grams) of our Harmony Bath Soak into the water
3. Swirl the water to help dissolve the salts and disperse the lavender buds and rose petals
4. Step into the bath, relax, and soak for 15-20 minutes
5. Breathe deeply, unwind, and enjoy the soothing scent and benefits of the soak
6. After your soak, rinse off with fresh water if desired and pat dry. Feel the rejuvenation
For a foot soak:
1. Find a basin large enough to comfortably submerge your feet
2. Fill it with warm water, enough to cover your ankles, if possible
3. Add 2-4 tablespoons (30-60 grams) of our Harmony Foot Soak to the water
4. Stir to dissolve the salts and release the calming fragrance
5. Gently place your feet in the soak and let them rest for 10-15 minutes
6. Close your eyes, relax, and let the stress melt away
7. After your foot soak, pat your feet dry and feel the relaxation from sole to soul
